A client and a job must be set up before fabrics can be added to a room. This can be accomplished by going directly into My Portfolio or by adding the client and room while shopping and on a fabric detail page.
You can add as many fabrics as you like to a portfolio. If you already have the client and job set up, simply click on Add to My Portfolio on the fabric detail page. If you don't have them set up and you set them up through the fabric detail page, the fabric will automatically be added the job.
Once you have all of the fabrics in your portfolio, you can remove them or add to them. You can also place orders or email all of the fabrics.
